BAyC,Inc. was formed to extend the knowledge and understanding of the Latin cultures across borders through the advancement of fine arts and education; to provide preservation; support the efforts of charitable organizations associated with these goals; to promote cultural diversity; and to increase the value of culturally diverse communities through traditional fine arts and cultural programs and events.

The work of BAyC will concentrate on presenting and promoting cultural programs, events and activities that meet the mission and purpose of the organization. In this regard, the community will be asked to support our efforts in order to establish a strong base whereby the ultimate goal of BAyC, Inc. is to advocate for the development of a Cultural Center for Southern New Mexico.
